What is LiveHockey?

LiveHockey is a historic first for hockey in Australia. livehockey.com.au is a dedicated streaming platform housing Hockey Australia national events and events from all eight Member Associations (MAs) – Hockey NSW, Hockey Victoria, Hockey Queensland, Hockey SA, Hockey Tasmania, Hockey WA, Hockey NT and Hockey ACT.

Which states/territories have matches streamed on LiveHockey (livehockey.com.au)?

All eight Member Associations will have streamed content on LiveHockey.

How do I sign up to livehockey.com.au:

Which events and competitions are streamed on livehockey.com.au?

The following Hockey Australia events will be shown on LiveHockey:

- Australian Under 21 Championships

- Australian Under 18 Championships

- Australian Under 15 Championships

- Australian Under 13 Carnival

- Australian Country Championships

- Australian Men’s and Women’s Masters Championships Member Association (MA) content differs in each state/territory. Below is a brief outline of what is being shown by each MA but for specific details please contact the respective MA directly.

Hockey Tasmania

Premier League men’s and women’s content livestreamed free of charge throughout the season, including finals – more information to be released via the Hockey WA website.

Hockey NT

Will feature 1x Men’s and 1x Women’s Match of the Round per week from 23 April 2022. Check the Hockey NT website or contact financeandadmin@hockeynt.asn.au

How much is a subscription to livehockey.com.au?

livehockey.com.au subscription options for 2022 are:

● Annual subscription $89.99
● Monthly subscription $8.99
● Daily subscription $3.99
● Tournament passes - priced per tournament

Anyone who is a member of Hockey Australia (player, official etc) who purchases an Annual subscription will receive a 10% discount.

Why do I have to pay to watch LiveHockey content?

Most LIVE streaming services are based on a paid subscription model. Some streamed content from every state/territory is free to watch.

Why are some games/events behind a paywall while others are free?

Live streaming is based on subscriptions. Hockey Australia and the Member Associations in partnership with Cluch have ensured some content remains in front of the paywall across the year in every state and territory as well as guaranteeing part of your subscription is reinvested back into hockey.

Are subscriptions recurring?

Annual – recurring

Monthly – recurring

Daily Pass – non-recurring

Tournament Passes – non-recurring

If I sign up to an Annual or Monthly subscription, when does the recurring transaction take place?

Your recurring payment triggers the day you originally purchased an account. So if your initial registration is on the 15th of July (for example) and you purchased a Monthly

subscription, the recurring transaction will take place on the 15 th of August and each month thereafter until you unsubscribe. The same principle applies to a Yearly subscription.

What payment methods does LiveHockey accept?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express.

Authenticate / Sign-In

An electronic mail will be sent from info@cluch.tv to your email address to verify your account before you can start streaming content. The email will contain a six-digit verification code. Once you have completed your registration you will be signed in, and you can stay signed in. Please note the six-digit authentication code needs to be used immediately from the time it is requested. Please email support@livehockey.com.au if you experience sign up issues.

How do I unsubscribe from livehockey.com.au?

Visit livehockey.com.au on your web browser. Once you are signed in, navigate to the my account page and you can unsubscribe from there.

How do I update my billing information?

Log on to your livehockey.com.au account and update your payment information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please log on to your livehockey.com.au account and cancel your account.

I paid for an annual subscription but I want a refund?

Unfortunately, LiveHockey does not issue refunds unless there was a serious technical error with the livehockey.com.au platform. Please email support@livehockey.com.au should you wish to discuss your subscription.

Why is the stream not working?

Please check your internet connection status first. If you are still experiencing issues with the stream, please send us an email at support@livehockey.com.au. We will endeavour to investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.

I don’t have a smart TV, does this matter?

You will still be able to watch on your phone, tablet or computer device. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a smart tv you are unable to cast to your television. However, as an alternative option, connect your laptop or smartphone to TV via HDMI cord.

My smart TV won’t cast the vision, what do I do?

You need to check the settings on your smart tv to make sure you have selected an internet service and the signal strength is strong. If you are still encountering issues, try closing

down your smart tv and try again. If you continue to encounter problems please email support@livehockey.com.au.

Can I receive notifications about what hockey events are LIVE now or are coming up?

livehockey.com.au has a section that displays which matches are coming up next. Upcoming matches for specific state/territory based leagues and tournaments can be found on the respective LiveHockey pages of each Member Association. Notifications are not currently available but something we are working on developing.

Can I watch replays of matches?

Yes. All matches played and streamed on livehockey.com.au remain on the platform so you will be able to watch replays of all events and competitions.

20. I want to record some games, how can I do that?

Unfortunately, you are not able to record content from livehockey.com.au. This is to protect the rights of the sporting organisations. If you would like a copy of a particular match or game, please email your sports organisation/member federation or club.

21. I have signed up to watch one of the hockey leagues but there is no content to watch?

It’s likely the competition you are seeking to watch is yet to commence for Season 2022. Please refer to the competition draw on the Hockey Australia or respective Member Association website and return to livehockey.com.au to view live and replay content once the season has commenced.

22. My streams are pausing – what is wrong?

Your internet connection is likely to be unstable. Please reboot your device and internet connection and try logging back in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact support@livehockey.com.au.

23. I want to watch other content that isn’t listed on livehockey.com.au?

We are constantly looking to add and improve the content available on livehockey.com.au. If there is specific content that you are looking for, please contact Hockey Australia or the Member association.
